Parkgate Developments Limited was set up by Jeremy Clarke in 2001 from his Broomwood Road base, to offer a unique building service to the local South West area gaining an excellent reputation throughout.

Jeremy and his business partner, Radoslaw Kopec, have a highly trained team of extremely skilled Polish tradesmen many of whom have worked with the company since the conception of Parkgate. They now have a large repertoire of both residential and commercial projects throughout Central and South West London. They are able to offer excellent references from both past and current clients.

Parkgate offers a complete service from planning drawings, design, through to construction and finish. Jeremy has a wealth of local knowledge using expert advice from architects, interior designers and engineers. Parkgate works closely with each client and outside experts to project manage the team throughout each project and it is this personal approach that has created a very successful and unique building proposition.

Parkgate undertakes projects from loft conversions, extensions, basements, kitchen and bathroom installations through to full refurbishments.

Parkgate carries full public liability and works as closely as possible to within a time frame and budget.
